Refund and Cancellation Policy

Our Policy for cancellation and refund will be as follows:

 Cancellation Policy

For Cancellations, please contact us via the contact us link. 

Requests received later than 7 business days prior to the end of the current service period will be treated as cancellation of services for the next service period.

If we are unable to provide the service for any reason, you will receive 100% refund of the fee paid.

Refund Policy

A candidate once registered and paid the registration fee is not allowed to cancel the registration. The registration fee for any service, once paid, is not refundable unless we are unable to provide the service.
